Big Boys don’t cry, but Chad Ochocinco does

If you know me you know that I’m not a big fan of sports. I’ll watch a little basketball and football, but I really don’t care about either. I’m from Cincinnati so I do support our teams (when they’re doing well lol). This year the Cincinnati Bengals have done a pretty good job. They ended the season with a 10-6 standing as opposed to last year’s 4-11. I’d say that’s a pretty nice jump and the Bengals deserve praise for it.

Last weekend the Bengals were up against the New York Jets in a NFL Playoff Wild Card game. The Bengals got off to a good start with a 7-0 lead, but lost their way as halftime approached. The Bengals fought hard, but in the end they were defeated 24-14. The biggest shocker for me was Ochocinco’s reaction to the loss. This man broke down! I thought to myself, “Come on man, at least wait until you get in the locker room!” Lol. I can’t front I probably would’ve have cried too, but not in front of the cameras and the opposing team. This marked the 19th playoff game the Bengals lost and Chris Henry had recently passed away. I’m sure Chad was overwhelmed with emotion and had finally reached his breaking point.

Hahaha so true, theres nothing wrong with crying but please let's hold ourselves together at least until we are out of sight of the cameras. Then again, in comparison to the seasons that they've had and the season they had this year along with the loss of a loved one things can understandably be overwhelming. I don't follow football myself eithier, but I'm sure that was a pretty bad loss for them, sometimes it becomes impossible to hold our composure!
